Travel Agent stores the receipts and notes you send it, the fields it reads from them, the trip plans you and your team add (to-dos, schedule, notes, things to bring, and attached files), and the account details Google shares when you sign in (your name and email).

Questions asked about a trip are kept with the trip, so its lead can see what the plan was missing.

Receipt images and attached files are stored privately. A trip's plan is visible to the people on that trip and to the company's admins; each traveler's expenses are visible to them and to the company's admins.

Messages to the bot pass through Telegram. Telegram bot chats are not end-to-end encrypted.

Receipt images, and questions with the trip's plan, are read by models running on Cloudflare Workers AI. They are not used to train models.
